A week after the Makerere University strike has been put to rest, a student lives to bare the horrors that came as a result of her taking to the MAK streets to demand fairness.
During the MAK strike, a student only identified as Cathy was shot on the leg by a stray bullet but managed to survive. However after a week of survival, the bullet wound that she sustained has turned ugly and has since started rotting.
The Makerere student was shot by police in the recent 60% strike is slowing rotting from the bullet wound she sustained.
