Un-identified goon was on Tuesday caught stealing a lecturer’s car at the Makerere School of Education as the university was awash with guild presidential campaigns.
The rowdy students caught him in act and beat him to pulp. They beat him up while “BWOWE, BWOWE, BWOWE”. Police then intervened and saved him from being lynched by the students.
