There’s a looming strike at Makerere University after Presidential candidate, Dr Kizza Besigye was arrested earlier today.
Besigye who is expected to rally at Makerere freedom square later today is held at Kiira Road Police station.
“We are going to pick our President from wherever he’s been detained. Time for defiance.” -Mitchell hall resident said as a group that’s mobilizing students in Lumumba Hall chants; “We want change, we want change, we want change!”
