Makerere University, through the Academic Registrar, has extended the deadline for applications of the 2020/2021 academic year undergraduate and graduate programmes (courses) by 30 days to avail more time for all people interested, to apply.
The previous application deadline for the above programmes was slated for 30th April 2020 which has been extended by 30 days making 30th May 2020, the new deadline.
The announcement of the adjustments was communicated through the University’s official Twitter and Facebook accounts which was received positively basing on the comments evident.
This move was taken in a bid to enable people in different parts of the country be able to apply amid the Coronavirus, a contagion that has frozen a lot of academic and economic activities all across the country and the world at large.
