Oscar Nyesige is a beacon of inspiration to many campus (University) students. He has time and again, demonstrated through a string of ambitious feats, that it is possible to design a future for one’s self even while still at the University. His business impact in the short time he has been in Uganda’s fashion industry, it seems, has thrown him in a blinding series of limelight. The latest move has gotten him recognized by Vision Group as a Mover and Shaker to watch out for in 2022.
While Oscar seems unmoved, maintaining that he is only on the start, many of his friends were quick to show love when he got recognized.

That he is being recognized is no news. Oscar’s work as a fashion designer started way before he joined campus. Stories written about him indicate that he started designing in High School, as early as Form 3. It is only now that he started designing super stars that the media has started paying attention to him.
