Sad life threatening Information reaching our news desk indicates that Pediatrician and Professor at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST) was diagnosed with cancer few days ago and is currently battling to save his life.
The professor in question has been identified as Julius Kiwanuka who needs an immediate operation at a cancer hospital located in Bangalore India. Kiwanuka has also been battling thrombo-embolism and last week 1st July 2017 was when he found out that he has stomach cancer as well.
The Mbarara based University has launched a campaign to fundraise $20,000 which is urgently needed for his operation and all other arrangements to travel to Cytecare Cancer Hospital in Bangalore India. According to his medical recommendations, Kiwanuka is expected to kick off his travel to India on 9th July 2017 if all requirements regarding his treatment are met.
Kiwanuka is commonly known by people who visit Mbarara regional referral Hospital for his role in the Children Health Unit.
