When claiming for MyHospital, keep your discharge letter handy. If claiming against your MyLife policy, be sure to have the death certificate available. Once you have lodged your claim, one of aYo agents will give you a call to confirm your details and make arrangements for the money to be paid into your or your loved one’s MTN Mobile Money account.
