Frank Tumwebaze, the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry & Fisheries on Saturday added another education qualification. The Minister and classmates graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) located in Bukoto.
The excited Tumwebaze took to his social platforms to celebrate the milestone before thanking his family and classmates for their support.
“Congratulations friends & classmates of Intake 40 MBA #ESAMI class. Your support & encouragement gave some of us great traction to move on & reach this day.” Tumwebaze tweeted.
“We study not to accumulate papers but rather to accumulate knowledge for better judgement & appreciation of issues. To my family; You are the anchor factor of success in my life in ALL. I thank you & Love always.” The tweet reads further.

The Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) is an intergovernmental regional management development centre. ESAMI’s head office is located in Arusha, Tanzania.
The institute was established with the primary objective of providing the region with trained personnel in a number of critical areas including policy management, transportation management, financial management, information technology management, health management, human resources management, project management, energy and environment management and gender management among others.
