The minister in charge of presidency Hon. Milly Babalanda was among the graduates passed out at Bugema University’s 30th graduation ceremony.
Babalanda bagged an honours degree in Public Administration and Management, adding another set of academic knowledge at the office of the president.
Over 1000 students graduated during the ceremony held on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at Bugema University main campus in Luwero.

The graduation was held under the theme ‘Destined for greatness in excellence’.
Vice President Jessica Alupo represented president Yoweri Museveni at the function. Alupo urged private universities to equip graduates with demand-driven skills for job market competition.
