Rugero Daniel, a Kampala International University (KIU) third year Law student who has been missing since 26th June is dead. Rugero was found dead after being knocked by a car while riding a bicycle.
Rugero, who was supposed to start his online examinations on Monday 28th June left home on a bicycle and his family lost contact with him that day after realizing that he forgot his phone at home.
More details coming in indicate that Rugero was also a student of St Henry’s College Kitovu (Kasswa Titans) from 2012 to 2017.
It is a sad moment for the KIU fraternity and Rugero’s family, may his soul rest in peace.
