On Wednesday, a body of Kimera Bonifance who was a final year student of Automotive Engineering at Kyambogo University was found by people after missing for days from the university.
Kimera, also a former employee of TAATA wa last seen on 13th March 2022 at the university when he was preparing for the end of semester examinations which were starting on Monday 14th 2022.
According to his close friends at Kyambogo university, Kimera received an urgent call from someone which prompted to get a boda to meet the person who had called him.
“He received a phone call on Sunday evening and moved out. He didn’t use his usual boda guy because he said that someone was waiting for him. His body was later discovered by some unknown people on modnay and then it was taken to police,’’ a friend revealed.
“On Wednesday, the family received a phone call from police that they had a body in the mortuary and asked them to verify if he was the one. It was found out that he was the one,’’ He added.
It is said that his classmates got to know of his absentia when they were in the paper after realizing that he was not in the examinations room.
