Makerere University Business School (MUBS), through the Registrar’s department, has publicized its resolutions regarding examination malpractice culprits.
The school Registrar, Eldred Kyomuhangi confirmed the decisions on students involved in examination malpractices and irregularities of semester one Academic Year 2022/2023.
According to the Registrar, the Academic Board at its 84th meeting held on March 10, 2023, received and considered students’ cases of examination malpractices and irregularities for semester one academic year 2022/2023.
After due deliberations, the Academic Board resolved that the students found guilty of contravening the examination rules and regulations be penalized.
Resultantly, the Academic Board communicated its decision in relation to students found guilty of contravening rules and regulations during semester one academic year 2022/2023 as summarized in the table below:


Students have been reminded to desist from engaging in examination malpractices and irregularities since anyone found guilty of contravening or violating any of the examination rules will be penalized as per the University examination rules and regulations.
