Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has made an announcement on their official website about the extension of application for diploma and certificate programmes.
Accordingly, all applicants who wish to apply for Postgraduate Diplomas, Diplomas and Certificate programmes for the academic year 2021/2022 should note that the deadline for application has been extended to January 08, 2022. However, accordingly to the announcement, applicants who have already applied need not to re-apply.
All interested individuals are required to apply online and this can be done from any location with stable internet connectivity. Below are the steps to be followed;
- To access the system log on https://apply.mubs.ac.ug or www.mubs.ac.ug and click on Apply Now.
- Sign up using your full name, e-mail and mobile number. Please note that your name must be similar to the one on your supporting academic documents for your application to be considered.
MUBS has further intimated that all interested applicants must take note of the following;
- All applicants must have a valid email address and that a password will be sent to both the applicant’s e-mail and mobile number.
- The system will prompt the applicant to change the password to the one they can easily remember.
- To fill the form, the applicant would have to click on one of the displayed running scheme that suits them.
- The applicant would then have to click on ‘submit’ to generate a payment reference number of UGX 30,000/= application fee (non-refundable) plus a bank charge of UGX. 3000/= payable at any bank.
After filling in their Online Application form, the applicant will have to attach the following scanned copies.
- Passport Size photo (100KB).
- Birth Certificate (500KB).
- ‘O’ Level Certificate/Pass slip Or Equivalent (500KB).
- ‘A’ Level Certificate/Pass slip Or Equivalent (500KB).
- Certified transcript for Degree/Diploma/Certificate holders (If required) (500KB) and;
- Previous school/institution Identification card.
