MUBS Finalists: Guidelines for Re-offering Semester One Courses of 2020/21 AY

The school registrar of Makerere University Business School (MUBS), Eldred Kyomuhangi-Manyindo has released guidelines for re-offering semester one courses for the academic year 2020/2021 finalists – Bachelors and Diploma courses.

Ms. Eldred communicated in a letter that the School Management agreed to re-offer third year semester one courses on bachelor programmes and second year semester one courses on diploma programmes.

It was further agreed that:

1. The examinations for the finalists of the academic year 2020/2021, will be done from Monday, March 14, 2022, to Saturday, March 19, 2022, as per the attached draft examination timetable.
2. The registration for the examination of the courses to be sat will be done in your respective Faculties/Regional Campuses
3. The students to sit these examinations will be required to:
   • a) make a payment of UGX 350,000
   • b) present evidence of having fully paid and registered for semester one and two of the academic year 2020/2021
4. For any further inquiries please contact your respective Faculties or Regional Campuses.

The move to reoffer these semester one courses for the academic year 2020/2021 finalists is aimed at granting these students a second chance of bettering their scores while in the final race of university education.
