After spreading a communiqué all around campus and raising eyebrows, former guild president Joram Matovu excited many when he unexpectedly turned up for the handover ceremony.
Immediately after making his majestic entry amidst chants praising his name, UMEME acted the usual joke and guild ministers were left with no option but to swear in partial darkness powered by phone flash lights.
The deputy principal, Moses Muhwezi who co-presided over the ceremony with Waswa Balunya the principal said the administration was going to look deep into the five pertinent issues presented by Jojo during the 15th May meeting and have them ironed out.
