MUBS: How Diploma and Postgraduate Students Can Change Course or Campus

Makerere University Business School (MUBS) registrar in charge of academics has notified Diploma and Postgraduate Students on how to change Programs/Courses or campus of study.

First year students admitted to Postgraduate and Diploma programmes for 2021/2022 academic year, who wish to change their Programmes /Campus, are required to follow the procedure below:

Step 1: To access the system, log to: https://student.mubs.ac.ug or mubstudent.zeevarsity.com using any of the following recommended browsers: Chrome. Mozilla Firefox and Safari.
Step 2: Log in
- Case 1: Go to log in if you are accessing the system for the first time (meaning you have not enrolled on the system), to log in, use your Registration number as the User ID and your Password is also your Registration number.
- Case 2: If you have enrolled on the system, log in using your Registration number as your User ID and the PASSWORD you created for your student portal
Step 3: Once you have successfully logged in, under “MY COURSE”, click on “Service Requests”, and then click on program change. Select the required programme, campus, study time and clickcontinue
Step 4: An invoice of 6000 shs will be created then click “Get payment REF” button and select I only want to pay part of my pending invoice/bill to generate the refrence for change.

Apparently, students are implored to note that the system is open for change from Thursday, February 17, 2022 to Friday, February 25, 2022.
