Makerere University Business School (MUBS) lecturer Dr. Ramathan Ggoobi, the new Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development has extended gratitude to the fountain of honour for the appointment.
He extend the appreciation to the Public that has been supportive in his journey to the current summit

Mr Ramathan Ggoobi, an Economics lecturer at MUBS will replace Mr Keith Muhakanizi, an experienced servant of the Finance Ministry
Dr Ggoobi has also taught Economics at various universities in Uganda for eight years and has trained Senior Military Officers at SCSC Kimaka in Media Relations and Public Sector Economics for 5 years.
