Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has eulogized the passing of Mr. George Serugunda aka Juncture.
Juncture served in the capacity of Assistant Director in Principal’s office and was a prominent figure around MUBS community.
“The School Administration with great sadness announces the death of Mr. George Serugunda known to many as Juncture, Ass. Director in Principal’s office. Mr. Serugunda passed away today, Oct 8 , 2023 at 6pm in Mulago Hospital, Masaka District. MHSRIP,” MUBS announced.
The late is said to have succumbed to injuries sustained during practice of the third heat of the combined M125 and veterans’ class and was rushed to the ambulance, however, there was a delay in taking him to the hospital as medics were stabilizing him. He was later taken to Hospital Masaka where he was pronounced dead.
Juncture was the Uganda team captain to the FIM MXOAN in Uganda in South Africa.
