Makerere University Business School (MUBS), during the course of the week, released its verdict regarding culprits of examination malpractice.
A total of 47 have been found guilty and penalized according to the heftiness of the offences committed.
The School Registrar communicated the decisions on students involved in examination malpractices and irregularities of semester two academic year 2022/2023.
At its 85 meeting held on August 24, 2023, the Academic Board received and considered cases of students involved in examination malpractices during semester two academic year 2022/2023.
“After due deliberations, the Board resolved to penalize the students who were found guilty of contravening the examination rules and regulations,” the letter read.
The School Registrar went on to;
“Remind you to desist from engaging in examination malpractices and irregularities because any student found guilty of contravening or violating any of the examination rules will be penalized as per the attached University examination rules and regulations.”
Subsequently. a communication on the Board’s resolution on students found guilty of contravening examination rules and regulations during semester two academic year 2022/2023 was released.
