Makerere University Business School (MUBS) Registrar, Eldred Kyomuhangi Manyindo has intimated to Faculty Deans, Regional Campus Directors, Heads of Departments and the students Community about the commencement of semester one academic year 2021/2022 and teaching timetable.
Semester one of the academic year 2021/2022 is commenced on Monday, February 14, 2022 for first years and Monday, February 21, 2022 will be the commencement date for continuing students.
In a letter, Ms. Eldred requested the concerned parties to take note of the following;

- The School will apply a blended approach of teaching and learning for the semester as detailed below (attached)
- The online lectures will be accessed through the Makerere University Business School E Learning Platform (MUBSEP).
- At the end of the 4th week, at least one Coursework will be conducted and the second Coursework will be conducted by the end of the 9th week of the semester.
- Respective departments will arrange face-to-face lectures on campus for practical courses on the following programmes as deemed necessary; a) Bachelor of Business Computing. b) Bachelor of Office and Information Management. c) Bachelor of Catering and Hotel Management. d) Certificate programme: National Certificate of Business Administration
- Lectures at the Regional Campuses will be face-to-face within the campus premises
