Associate Professor Anguma simon Katrini has been appointed as the acting Vice Chancellor Muni University.
In a memo dated August 31st, 2022, the university secretary Banya Emmanuel informed Muni University about Associate Professor Anguma’s appointment.
Anguma has been appointed by Muni University’s chancellor Dr Eric Tiyo Adriko to serve as vice chancellor for a period of six months.
The appointment comes after the death of Professor Christine Dranzoa who was the Vice Chancellor.
Associate Professor Anguma will fill in the administration vacuum for six months by the end of which, the university will select a new vice chancellor.
Anguma has been serving as the deputy vice chancellor in charge of academic affairs prior his promotion.
