Semester 1 of the 2022/2023 Academic year is getting to the latter stages at Ndejje University.
It is against this background that the Academic Registrar’s Office at the main campus in Luweero communicated about the end of semester examinations.
According to a memo shared by the office, the end of semester examinations will commence on 7th November, 2022 and end on 25th November, 2022.
The update has been released weeks prior with a caution to all students to clear their pending fees to nil for one to be eligible to sit for the examinations.
“Examinations will be administered to only 100% cleared students,” the memo warned.
Students are encouraged to clear tuition dues to avoid any inconveniences related to delayed tuition clearance.
Further more, students were requested to have a University Identity Card, Registration Card and Clearance Card as a must as well as following all the exam related guidelines.
“You are reminded to follow the examinations timetable closely and report any inconsistencies to the Examinations’ Coordinators,” the memo added.
