Change is preciously what every Uganda Christian University student ought to expect from this year’s guild presidential elections victor. “Are condoms really important around campus and should their distribution be encouraged?” the panel of five headed by Ian Derrick posed a general question to all.

Speaking to one of the panellists, Ian Derrick, he commended the aspirants for properly answering the questions addressed to them. “The challenge was there was a lot of noise in the house, so the questions weren’t properly answered because of the competing voices.” Ian added.
