A relative to the murdered MUBS student who preferred to speak on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the case has told Campus Bee that the new Internal Security Organisation [ISO] boss, Col. Frank Bagyenda is the father of Dr Brian Bagyenda who confessed to have murdered the Twijukye.

“We are afraid that justice may not prevail since the main suspect is son to the new ISO boss,” the relative told this website in a phone interview.

The relative says that the suspect is the first son and that the father is likely to use his influence to temper with justice.

According to the source, apparently the suspect’s father [Col Frank Bagyenda] asked the family of the deceased not to reveal him to the media….”he promised them that he will not try to save his son but we do not believe him,” the source added.

Enid Twijukye’s body was discovered rotting after she disappeared from her home in very unclear circumstances on January 4, 2016. It is said that she was working at Capital Shoppers in Nakawa, was supposed to graduate in February.
