Nkumba University Emerge Champions of the World Wildlife Day Quiz and Debate for Higher Academic Institutions

Nkumba University emerged victors of the World Wildlife Debate and Quiz Competitions which were held on Friday 21st February 2020 at Uganda Christian University (UCU) Nkoyoyo hall Mukono campus. The debate which attracted 10 Universities rotated about uplifting the consciousness about conversation points among the youths.

Nkumba was announced the winner after its good performance in the competitions in the last three years where they have been finishing in the second position always but this time round God blessed them with victory.

This triumph gave Nkumba a straight ticket to represent other Ugandan Universities on the United Nations World Wildlife Day celebrations on the 3rd March 2020 at Ssaza grounds in Kisoro District in the Southwestern Uganda.

The day is aimed at celebrating the many beautiful and varied forms of wild fauna and flora and raise awareness of the several benefits that conservation provides to humanity.

Nkumba University will be awarded a bull as its prize at the celebrations, congratulations Nkumba.
