Nkumba university is lifting the Ugandan flag in the pan African Universities Debate Championship (PAUDC) happening in Cameroon at the University of Buea. The debate competition under a theme “The 21st century an alternative to violence,” started on 7th December 2017 and is ongoing until 15th 2017.
Nkumba university sent two representatives; Lukwago David, the current Guild Prime Minister and Mugambwa Derrick. The two first attended the debate competitions held at East African level in Rwanda Kigali early August this year- something, according to them, that shaped their current presence in the African continent.
Other countries taking part in this debate include; Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, South Africa, Cameron, Nigeria, Zimbabwe among others.
Uganda happens to be represented by only Nkumba university.
