After the ridiculous law of picking visitors from the gate was introduced at Kikoni based Olympia Hostel, MUBS Hostel authorities have decided to have their own share of drama.
Akamwesi Hostel, one of the posh residences at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has introduced a fresh set of rules that prohibits among others, play stations within the Hostel Rooms.
In a dramatic turn of events, hostel authorities have today morning took turns to “break into” rooms of their residences and confiscated over 50 play stations after outlawing them and a bunch of other items.
Besides sleep overs and play stations, the hostel has outlawed hawking by knocking door-to-door for any form of business, rice cookers, microwaves and blenders, loud noise from music, TV or screaming and pouring water from the balcony among others.
