Victoria University held its 7th graduation ceremony today September 14, 2023 at Kololo airstrip.
At least 458 graduands were conferred with awards in different disciplines and different levels.
One of these was NTV’s Faridah Nakazibwe, who bagged a Master’s in Business Administration.
The media personality currently serves as Head of News at NTV Uganda, since March 2021, replacing Josephine Karungi, who took up a job with the World Bank, as communications consultant.
Nakazibwe is also a Luganda news anchor and a host of Mwasuze Mutya, a show that airs on Nation Television Uganda and Spark TV Uganda.
At the same ceremony, Victoria University Vice Chancellor Dr Lawrence Muganga extended his “heartfelt gratitude to our graduands for their remarkable journey.”
He also commend the graduands for their outstanding determination and resilience, which have birthed the momentous day.
