National Unity Platform’s general secretary David Lewis Rubongoya has added another degree onto his academic shelf and the sky seems to be his only limit.
From grabbing a Masters Degree in Law at Harvard university, NUP’s general secretary has added another mortar board onto his head as he graduated with a master of studies in International law at United kingdom’s University of Oxford.
“Very delighted today to graduate with a master of studies in international human rights law at the university of oxford in the United kingdom. God has been gracious. this award encourages me to continue pushing for the respect of rights and freedoms beginning with my country Uganda.”

David Rubongonya who dumped his lecturing job at IUEA to join his former politically ambitious student Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine believes this new academic achievement will motivate him to keep fighting for human rights and freedom.
David Rubongonya graduated with a bachelors of law (second upper) at Makerere university where he served as president school of law before joining LDC for his diploma in legal practice.
Lewis was then chanced to study at the presitigeous Harvad university from where he attained a masters of laws and the most recent being a masters in international law at Oxforduniversity.
