The three Makerere University students accused of murdering one David Ojok are to re-appear in for mention of the case today.
The trio currently on remand at Luzira prison is to appear before Buganda Road Court Grade One Magistrate Joan Aciro.
They are Ivan Mutungi, Marvin Atukwase and Derrick Wagooli all residents of Nkurumah Hall.
Prosecution states that the accused on April 12th this year at while Nkurumah Hall Makerere University allegedly pounced on Ojok whom they had mistaken for a thief and beat him to death.
Ojok was a former Makerere University student of Engineering who had visited the University hall to collect his money from a debtor, also a student and a former resident of the same hall.
