The National Social Security Fund (NSSF Uganda) a national saving scheme mandated by Government through the National Social Security Fund Act, Cap 222 (Laws of Uganda) to provide social security services to employees in Uganda is inviting applications from interested fresh graduates for a trainee programme.
Annually, NSSF provides Graduate Training opportunities for students who have just finished their studies at local universities or other tertiary institutions that are more relevant and closely linked to the entity’s core business.
The Programme often combines a real job with structured development through an ongoing focus on learning and training. Successful applicants are given a chance to make an impact in NSSF with a huge chance of being retained courtesy of exquisite results.
This year’s Graduate Training opportunity has already been disclosed on the Fund’s website and social media platforms.
Applicants will be subjected to assessments to help the HR match one’s ability to the right area of business and a list of successful applicants will be subsequently published.

The application criteria is as follows;
- A CGPA of atleast 4.0 at the time of graduation.
- A Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Software Engineering.
- Completion of the undergraduate program in less than two years.
- Ugandan citizen.
- Aged 20- 25 years and below at the time of application.
NSSF has set 17th January 2023 as the application deadline.
