Over the years, African businesses have slowly but steadily shown interest in improving their online presence but most of them have highlighted ‘lack of trust’ in running their startups and enterprises online.

Most IT problems are however set to be solved, thanks to the innovative minds of FreelyFormd, a Ugandan-based  IT firm that handles IT consultation and custom software development with the help of professional developers that work remotely from across the world.

Founded in 2017, the firm has already shown expertize in website design, App development, software development, as well as offering IT solutions to tech-based businesses across Africa.

According to Kenneth Ssenkubuge, the Chief Operations Officer at FreelyFormd, they have not only managed to secure trust of African businesses but they have also brought on board startups and innovation hubs as partners in a bid to deliver IT solutions.

“When we embarked on this journey, we set out to reinvent the way software is developed, delivered and perceived in Africa. So how did FreelyFormd do this? Our culture is crafted off building trust and rapport with our clients but most importantly, our remote teams.” Ssenkubuge said.

The company handles complex business challenges, building all types of custom and platform-based solutions and providing a comprehensive set of end-to-end IT services with customer satisfaction in mind.

Cloud Core Systems, Water for People, Jaguza, URSB, Multiplex, Tegeka, Safarishare, HERS-EA, Proggie and Hire the Youth along with other companies that rely on their solutions in their daily operations.

Before rolling out the product, a team from FreelyFormd and the client are able to interface while coming up with ideas on how to make the product user friendly, as well as checking out other key features.

While speaking on how they have managed to coordinate with each other remotely, Ssenkubuge revealed that the team engages in open conversations, which he believes has kept their relationship intact.

“We schedule calls for each time members to introduce themselves and have open conversations on how they are doing. Having a relationship with each team helps with cohesiveness. We also partner with startups and innovation hubs to discuss how we can best deliver I.T solutions.” Ssenkubuge explained further

FreelyFormd is therefore calling upon all businesses in need of Mobile App Development, Web applications and Website Design to look no further but the dedicated FreelyFormd team.
