University students were caught by surprise when a lecturer set a compulsory exam question on Ayra Starr’s Hit song ‘Rush’
In a photo of an exam script by Catholic University (said to be in Eldoret, Kenya) that has made rounds online, a lecturer tasked students to dissect context on the famous song.
Imagine you’ve studied the whole semester for a unit depriving yourself of any form of entertainment even music, you walk into an exam room and this is what you see” one of the students, who shared the exam script wondered.
The questions underneath the lyrics extract required students to explain Human Resource Principles.
“From the above lyrics it seems the youth are only motivated by money to work. Based on your understanding of motivational theories discuss this assertion,” reads an intro into the hot questions.
Charting worldwide in 2023 after going viral on TikTok, ‘Rush’ was released on 16th September 2022.
