Journalism and Communication students of Makerere University had their finalists’ dinner at Imperial Royal Kampala on Friday April 29th 2016. However, unlike other finalist’s dinners, this one was jam-packed with fashion, elegance, class and integrity since Andrew Mwenda of the Independent Magazine was present- or I think. Everyone who attended was treated to a red carpet moment, fine dining, soft music, which in my opinion ranked one of the best finalists’ dinners this year. Extraordinary students were awarded with certificates as a sign of appreciation.
