Hair stylist Keneddy Zziwa has celebrated the 5th anniversary of his business Hair By Zziwa in a series of events, a move that keeps him on top of the hair game in the city and the country at large. Hair by Zziwa, which was started five years ago is commonly known for most celebrity haircuts and plaiting.
Zziwa, who marked 5 years in business on Sunday decided to surprise all his employees by putting them on a party bus ahead of his big celebration. They were shocked to find a party bus and instead of entering the Saloon, they were told to hop on the bus.
Well equipped with music, cocktails and food, the bus headed to Entebbe making a stop at Spennah Beach where the employees had lunch and a photoshoot. The first phase of the party was never at the beach but was in the slow bus which used the express highway.
Giving an experience on the 707 Party bus, the slow speed saw the bus reaching in Entebbe after 3 hours. No one cared because the bus was created to be a moving party venue. It returned them to the 707 Safari’s Party House in Naalya where the main event was scheduled to take place. The night had silent disco with all kinds of fun with tents pitched in the location for whoever wanted to sleep.
An early morning workout session for all the employees refreshed them for a workshop on Monday which later ushered them into the party. Hosted by Deedan Muyiira, the party celebrating 5 years of Hair by Zziwa didn’t only have employees of Hair by Zziwa but clients and celebrities as well. Most of the notable faces were comedian Salvador and his wife Daphine, NTV’s Andrew Kyamagero and Singer Eddy Kenzo who came in later in the evening.
Kenzo, who didn’t perform grabbed a microphone and gave an encouraging speech about Zziwa before praising him for his humility and humble character.
During the Monday event, Zziwa awarded his best performing employees, a move aimed at appreciating their work as well as motivating others to improve themselves.
