Today is the day that the land of slay queens and kings, Makerere University Business School (MUBS) has graduated in Makerere University’s 71st Graduation ceremony. Our bees have been hovering over social media and on ground to identify some of the most famous graduates from today’s celebration.
After careful sieving, we present to you some of the best from the Nakawa based University.
Isaac Agaba
Having graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) at MUBS, Mr. Agaba is what you’d call a masterpiece in business oriented projects . He believes networking has made him what he is .He says his friends influenced him positively towards his passion in business. He is the proprietor of TAMTAM Food Hub that is located in Kataza, serving residents of Kataza and student residents of Ideal Platinum, Akamwesi Hostel, Bitu Hostel and many others.
Igumira Benjamin JR
The 22 year old has graduated with a Bachelors degree of Commerce (B.COM). He is a very friendly and down to earth guy. Most renown on Twitter as a social media influencer, Igumira is currently a digital marketer with Tout Media and a social media admin with Uganda Marketers Society.
Arnold Casillas
Arnold Muhanguzi Casillas has been the Chairman of Ntungamo Youth Forum. He has graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce (B.COM) as well.
Wisdom Ndinumukiza
Mr. Ndinumukiza has also graduated with a Bachelors of Commerce (B.COM) degree. He served as the Guild Deputy Prime Minister in his final academic year. He also served as a GRC, and President Government Student’s Association in his 2nd year. He contested for Guild President in 2019/2020.
Joshua Rukyemba
Graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) and is currently working with NEPTUNE JOBS LTD a labor recruitment company where he also doubles as a director of this company they started way back in 2019.
In a phone interview, Rukyemba said that Human Resource is the most rich resource yet its still an untapped goldmine. Unemployment levels being high in Uganda became an opportunity for him and his sisters to start an agency to legally recruit and export Ugandan unemployed youths for Kyeyo abroad.
Brenda Boonabaana
Ms Boonabaana graduated with BBA (finance option). She has been a guild minister for PWDs for two terms. She is mostly known for her activism for the rights of persons with disabilities, especially persons with Albinism.
