A head of Kyambogo University guild elections 2018, the University’s Electoral Commission (EC) has officially allowed 9 guild candidates of Kyambogo University to launch their manifestos to their voters. The official opening of the guild campaigns went down on Friday evening at the Banda based campus where the 9 guild candidates unveiled their manifestos to students.
While delivering their speeches, majority of the candidates agreed that Kyambogo University is the most dirty University in Uganda and vowed to improve on the campus’ sanitation. Other issues tackled by the aspiring guild presidents included missing marks, students’ rights among others.
Following the official launch of their manifestos, these aspirants are set for hall to hall and hostel to hostel campaigns around Kyambogo University ahead of the guild elections slated to be held later next month.
