Former Makerere University student, Samuel Mugarura, who rose to fame through innovating side-effect free teargas officially tied the knot. He took to his social media platforms over the weekend to share the beautiful moments captured through the lens at the ceremony.
Known to many Makerereans as ‘Falcao’, Mugarura was known as a passionate fighter of ‘unfair’ university policies, strike leader and guild president campaign influencer during his stay at the Ivory Tower.
