Shahali Mugamba, billed the shortest student at Islamic University in Uganda, is contesting for the guild presidency post at the Mbale based campus.
The second year computer science student has his eyes on the top spot in the guild council at IUIU. During the nomination day on Monday, Mugamba stole the show as he made way to be nominated whilst being ‘air lifted’ by his campaign manager. Denis Mukungu brings you the photos.
