Captain Mike Mukula’s son, George Mukula on Sunday 2nd January 2022 officially tied the knot with his lover Irakoze Christa Ines in a ceremony presided over by Church of Uganda Archbishop Stephen Kazimba Mugalu at All Saints Church in Kampala.
Campus Bee understands that Irakoze is Burundian who doubles as a student at Makerere University Business School – MUBS. President Museveni gifted the newlyweds with UGX 20m which was delivered by Vice-President Jessica Alupo.
“Today I represented H.E President @KagutaMuseveni at the wedding of Capt. Mike Mukula’s son George Micheal M. In H.E’s message to the couple, he said, “I congratulate the groom, George M Mukula Jr. & the bride, Christa Ines, for taking this bold step to commit to each other.” Alupo tweeted on Sunday.
The couple finalized their traditional wedding ceremonies last year ahead of their church wedding. Just like most weddings that have happened amid the pandemic, George Mukula’s wedding was attended by only close friends, family, and other invited guests.
