It was all excitement and fun over the weekend as Kyambogo students specifically those of Mandela hall were treated to a porridge night.
It was such a good way to kick off the semester and also welcome the new year officially as students were seen coupling up with their better halves after a long holiday of not partying nor seeing each other and drinking to life.
Buckets, cups, tins were the tools that pushed the night as students were seen arriving at the Mandela rooftop with one of those to get themselves a sip of the porridge and popcorn.
Now I know you are wondering “Porridge and popcorn?” yes that’s what I’ve said so put away your negativity and acknowledge the fact that these gentlemen and ladies had a super fun filled night.
While dancing to the tunes, Students were seen pulling killer dance moves and the ladies were all giving in to the “kutama tunes”.
Speeches came in from several fraternities including Atusasire Bolton, the organiser who also is the reigning guild representative councilor of Mandela hall and a prospect chairperson of the same hall.
Enjoy your semester students.
