Pictures! Revelers Go Wild at Blankets and Wine

The Blankets and Wine event that went down last Sunday remains a night to reminisce following the unforgettable dance strokes pulled by the city slayers. From the moment Rwandan singer The Ben stepped on the stage, the crowd could not stop dancing their stress away having spent the entire day seated on mats sipping their favorite drinks.

DJ Xzyl, one of the promising female DJs nearly drove the crowd crazy when she mixed the biggest city bangers back to back with a combination of old school hip-hop jams later after The Ben’s performance. This selection left the big bumper revelers with no choice but to shake what their mama’s gave them as the dudes took over the ‘dubbing’ game seriously.

When singer Fik Fameica stepped on the stage, we captured several moments of couples in compromising situations especially when he began performing his famous twerk song “Kutama”.

The already sweaty crowd danced tirelessly to South Africa’s Heavy K jams and here are the moments in pictures;
