Proggie: Fashion show and talent night!
The culture ministers Gilbo and Shamsa started off with the banned erotic dance upon, the popular Jamaican beat to Cynthia Morgan’s “German Juice”.
The culture ministers must have been elected on the basis of their outlandish vertical expression of horizontal interests ahem! Respect!
In the Creative wear round; two girls wore beautiful bitenge wax and were barefooted like belles straight outta a Congolese marriage ceremony! Cedric Bukenya wore monstrous Aganaga boots which we swear he must have robbed off an elephant’s foot, and a snowy body hugging tee, another fellow, only identified as Busingye donned an African Kiteng. The crowd’s favourite, Ssembatya David wore tiny pants and a red checked shirt and his ‘little brother’s shoes.’
He kept rolling his eyes like a lazy chameleone high on shisha. Comedians, Mark and Caesar entertained the rather unresponsive crowd. Either the crowd was entirely frustrated or the comedians chose the wrong jokes. All they garnered were sarcastic smiles!
The bikini beach wear round sent the hot blooded males of Livingstone to another land! One would be surprised about how a bit of flesh makes boys go gaaagaa. Francscia a Bigeye writer and Juliane a two year reigning Miss Afrostone champion, wholly failed the logic questions put to them.
Well of course Africa hall babes are intelligent we shall presume the logic questions were out of context.
There was entertainment in the form of Afrostone talented musicians including Akpos performing. The dubbing round was the highlight of the night with Cedric and David members of a versatile dance crew (HTC) doing what they’re best at.
At the stroke of 12:45 Cedric Bukenya the reigning chief Fresher and Juliane Kyomugisha winner of previous two Miss Afrostone crown were crowned Mr. And Miss Afrostone respectively.
