Songbird Vinka is among the confirmed celebrities that will headline Makerere University’s responsible drinking mentorship program, an initiative by Uganda Breweries Limited (UBL). The session is slated to go down tomorrow at Makerere’s Mitchell Hall Gardens, starting at 4 pm.
Among other confirmed celebs include Responsible Drinking brand ambassadors Calvin da Entertainer (UBC TV) and Innocent Nahabwe, the businessman behind Club Amnesia and Galaxy FM. The responsible drinking mentorship program will run under the theme; “Join the Pact to Never Drink and Drive”.
The main purpose of the program is to sensitise university students about responsible drinking. The event will feature a discussion rotating around responsible drinking and later a performance from Vinka will serve as the entertainment part of this beneficial event.
