President Museveni has confirmed his presence at the annual UCU run, according to information we have recieved from the Uganda Christian University guild government.
The confirmation was made by the Guild President, Timothy Kadaga while speaking to this reporter about the run that is slated for Saturday 22nd February, 2020.
“It is with great pleasure that I announce that President Museveni will join us in this year’s run,” Mr Kadaga said, seemingly proud of himself and the prospect of hosting the president.
The event is meant to collect funds which will enable to solve student related problems like tuition and well being. The guild hopes to create a guild fund that will be able to help disadvantaged colleagues whenever they are faced with the challenge of lack of tuition.
