Giving our loved ones a lovely send off worth remembering is something every family should do.
The late St. Lawrence schools proprietor desired to change the books of history to
stop attaching every bad thing to the “Black” colour.
It’s noticeable that on most burials in Uganda, people don on black clothes as a sign of grief. This is not going to happen at Proff Mukiibi’z burial though. Everything will be white from the corpse suit, to the coffin, the flowers and the mourners have to adhere to the dress code.
As if this is not enough, the will stipulates that his life should be celebrated breaking the crying and grief monotony.
If you are planning to attend the send off ceremony, it’s high time you torched into your closet for that bright colour.
Here’s is Proff Mukiibi’s Journey to conquering the Ugandan Education territory.
1999- This was the genesis of the St.Lawrence Schools. He started the St.Lawrence Citizens High school(Crown city Campus).
1999- He enhanced the St.Lawrence Schools territory with The Cream Land Campus in Nabbingo.
2000- As students flocked the other school branches, he put up the Horizon Campus in Nabbingo.
2002- He constructed the London College campus in Maya.
2005- Paris Palais campus was erected.
2007- He ventured into Higher institution learning by opening up St.Lawrence Univetsity in Rubaga.
He’ll be laid to rest in Friday. RIP Proff Mukiibi…??
