It was a somber moment in Kabale District yesterday as hundreds gathered to see off a fresh Kabale University graduate Drake Turyahabwa known to many as Brown Mukiga who was knocked dead on June 5.
As many celebrate and have splendid birthdays, it was not the case for this young and very ambitious photographer as he couldn’t live to celebrate his 23rd birthday, yesterday (July 6). It was instead a heartbreaking day.
Family and friends who were able to make it to the funeral were filled with heavy hearts watching their very own, being lowered down the ground.
The late Turyahabwa graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality on May 28, barely two months ago.
Colleagues to the deceased shared their good-bye messages having lost a person who projected the region far beyond the perspectives.

May the soul of the deceased continue Resting in Peace.
