Retakers thrown out of the MUK Guild Race

Three students were disqualified from the MUK guild presidency race for having retakes, these students, Bwanika Bala David, Kayondo Latima and Seruuma Kenneth dropped off the list of those nominated to stand for guild presidency Makerere University 2015/2016 because poor academic results. Roy Ssemboga, the chairperson of the MUK Electoral Commission cited retakes and CGPA below 2.0 as the basis of ommitment of the above students from the nominees list.

Many students take the issue of taking a retake lightly,  others even have the gut to laugh about it like it’s a normal thing, until it stands in the way of what you want to do or become, it haunts you.
