Campus Bee has learned of the untimely demise of a one Sylvia Ampuriire, a fresh Diploma of Business Administration (DBA) graduate from Makerere University Business School (MUBS)– Mbarara Campus.
According to reports, the deceased was battling severe peptic ulcers for close to three days before she lost the battle, yesterday.
MUBS in a statement, announced her demise on their official Mbarara Campus Facebook page and described her as a youthful and promising person.
“On a sad note, MUBS Mbarara Campus has lost a very young promising light in Sylvia, a former DBA student. May her soul rest in peace and may God comfort the family during this time” the statement reads.
The deceased will be buried today at her home area in Kiyoonga, Mubende District and burial is underway.
