Makerere University is once again saddened by the untimely death of Patrick Ocitti, a Masters of Science in Entomology student at the College of Natural Sciences
According to reports, the late Patrick passed on Tuesday following a failed surgery.
The deceased pursued a Bachelor’s of Agriculture at Gulu University (2011-2014) right before he enrolled for the Masters programme at Makerere.
At the time of his demise, the late Ocitti was working with National Crops Resources Research Institute (NaCCRI) in Namulonge.
His relatives and friends have expressed their deepest sorrow following the loss of their dear brother and colleague.
“I’m scared of life now but at the same time out of your death. I have learnt a very big lesson Patrick. The good times we had at campus with a very good network of friends I wont forget.” One of his friends eulogized.
The deceased will be laid to rest at his home town in Kitgum district. May his soul Rest In eternal Peace.
